Customer Experience (CX) 

I completed a Customer Experience maturity assessment using Forrester Research best practices. In follow-up, I provided an in-depth strategy to mature the way the organization engages customers (donors and volunteers), launched trial groups, and implemented select elements.

Sample ares of improvement include:  new volunteer experiences, website design, content development including copyrighting, videos, and social media, interior design, gamification of volunteer activities, corporate partnerships.
